Pilgrimage to Sonsoles

On May 2, 1935, St Josemaria, founder of Opus Dei, went on a pilgrimage to the shrine of Sonsoles, Spain. When he got home again he decided to honour our Lady in that way every May, with a simple, penitential pilgrimage.
